International Applicants

 These are our requirements for all international applicants. We welcome your applicatoin but do not make exceptions to these criteria.

1. MUST have graduated from medical school in the last 5 years.

2. MUST have passed USMLE parts I and II on the first attempt with scores of 200 or greater.

3. MUST apply through ERAS and the NRMP.

4. US Citizen or permanent resident preferred. We do not sponsor visas.

5. MUST be ECFMG certified. Degree from a school on the Texas list of Substantial Equivalents. (This is a requirement for Texas licensure, licensure eligibility requirements may be found at http://www.tmb.state.tx.us/apps/physician_eligibility.php
